Terms of use of Travolier Rewards Program

THE TERMS OF USE BELOW MUST BE READ BEFORE USING THE TRAVOLIER REWARDS PROGRAM ON THIS SITE. THE USAGE OF THE TRAVOLIER REWARDS PROGRAM ON THIS SITE INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

DEFINITIONS

The www.Travolier.com and www.HotelierCoin.io site ("Site") and the Travolier Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”) are managed by Global Hotelier Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). Global Hotelier Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate and change the Rewards Program and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

By accessing and/or using the Site and participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to the Terms of Use set out below and other terms and conditions in relation to the Site, including but not limited to the general Site Terms of Use, confidentiality and FAQs, which form an integral part of these Rewards Program Terms of Use (“Rewards Program Terms”). You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have a valid Travolier Account to participate in the Rewards Program.

Please note that we may change, modify, add and delete these Rewards Program Terms in whole or in part, including any rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, which may or may not affect the value of the Travolier Rewards (as defined below) rewards, at any time without prior notice. These Rewards Program Terms must be read periodically. By continuing to use this Site and participating in the Rewards Program after such changes to these Rewards Program Terms, visitors, users or Registered Users ("you" or "user") acknowledge that you agree and consent to the changes. If you use any of our other services, then your usage is based on the submission to and acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to such services. 

Participation, Membership and Account

  • Rewards Program is only eligible for the Travolier logged in user, whereby you have an account (“Travolier Account”) and are logged in on our Site from the moment that you search for your itinerary items until you have completed the necessary payments. You must have an active Travolier Account before making any booking to enable you to obtain the Rewards (“Travolier Rewards”).

  • Travolier Rewards will only be awarded for:

    • Bookings made on our site or app when you are logged in to your Travolier account;

    • Users who are logged in at the time the booking is made and paid;

  • The Travolier Rewards which you have earned in your specific Travolier Wallet cannot be transferred and is not combinable with other user profiles or Travolier Accounts.

  • Travolier has the right to monitor your Travolier Account. If we detect any fraudulent activity, signs of abuse, or other suspicious activities in your Travolier Account, we reserve the right to deactivate or suspend your Travolier Account without prior notice to or consent from you. 

Travolier Rewards

  • Your Travolier Rewards are yours only and are specific for the use under your Travolier Account. You may not assign, sell, transfer, pledge, and/or encumber your Travolier Rewards for any reason.

  • Travolier will be able to augment, deduct, amend, and/or cancel your Travolier Rewards in your Travolier Account without prior notice to or approval from you.

  • Your Travolier Rewards will be calculated as a percentage of the payment charged to you when you have made a flight, hotel or flight + hotel reservation on our Site which qualifies for the award of Travolier Rewards. The basis for this calculation will be the total amount which you have actually paid, and shall not include amounts which have been deducted when using, among others, promotions, point redemptions and unique codes. 

  • The following items are not eligible for Rewards:

    • Instalment fees (if any);

    • Room upgrades; 

    • Purchase of additional room nights through our call center or directly through hotel providers;

    • Flight upgrades and purchase of add-on items, including but not limited to: luggage, travel insurance, food through airline website or our call center;

    • Any reservations you make on our Site with the use of the Travolier Reward points.

    • Any reservations you make before the introduction of the program

  • Your Travolier Rewards will be awarded to you, activated and augmented into your Travolier Account within 7 (seven) days after you have completed your travel. For the avoidance of doubt, the completion of travel shall mean:

    • for bookings of one way flights, the departure date of your originating flight;

    • for bookings of round-trip flights, the departure date of your return flight; and

    • for hotel bookings, your check-out date.

  • You may only use activated Travolier Rewards for redemption. Travolier Rewards which have not been activated or are still pending cannot be redeemed.

  • Changes or cancellations of booked itinerary may result in differences between the estimated amount of pending Travolier Rewards that you may earn, and the actual amount of active Rewards credited to your Travolier Account.

  • Your Travolier Rewards have no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other currency payouts from Travolier.

  • Your Travolier Rewards shall be valid for 1 (one) year from the date that your Travolier Rewards have been activated in your Travolier Account.

  • If you believe that you did not receive the correct amount of Rewards for a booking, you must contact our Customer Service within 90 (ninety) days as of the date when you have completed your travel. We will make the final determination as to whether Rewards adjustments of any kind are justified for the travel in question.

  • Rewards earned from a Pay at Hotel booking will be cancelled when you cancel your booking, shorten your stay or fail to show up during your stay period.

Redemption

  • You may redeem your Travolier Rewards when purchasing flights, hotel rooms or flight + hotel on our website.

  • You must meet the following redemption criteria to be able to redeem your Travolier Rewards:

    • Total point should be higher than or equal to the minimum redemption criteria;

    • Travolier Reward has a minimum of USD 25 of HotelierCoins requirement for redemption, and maximum of USD 50 of HotelierCoin tokens per booking for Hotel, or flights.

    • We reserve our right to change the conversion rate, earning rate or redemption value of your Travolier Rewards from time to time without further notice to or consent from you.

Reschedule, Refund and Return

  • Your Travolier Rewards are subject to our Reschedule, Refund policy in our general Site Terms of Use and these Rewards Program Terms.

  • Your redeemed Travolier Rewards cannot be returned to you if and when you cancel or change your travel itinerary. Your Travolier Rewards will be cancelled and, where necessary, deducted from your Travolier Account, once you submit a refund request to us. We will not return your redeemed and/or cancelled Travolier Rewards to you regardless of the outcome of your refund request. 

  • In the case that you only submit a refund for part of the bookings that you have made on our Site, your Travolier Rewards will be deducted only for the bookings which you have requested refund for. The remaining Rewards will be subject to our activation schedule.

  • Your Travolier Rewards will not be changed once you submit the flight reschedule request regardless the total price of the new booking. Your Rewards' active date will be based on your initial departure date (one way trip) or your return flight’s departure date (round trip).

  • Your Travolier Rewards will be changed following the new total price of your rescheduled hotel booking. Your new Rewards' active date will be also based on your new booking's check-out date.

It is the responsibility of all Travolier Customer to ensure they have entered a correct email address. If Our e-mail has been sent to Your Junk or Bulk mail folder, You can prevent this from happening again by opening Our e-mail and clicking on the 'not spam' or 'this is not spam' button.

Miscellaneous

  • Your Travolier Account and your Travolier Rewards are subject to our general Site Terms of Use and these Rewards Program Terms. The terms set out in our general Site Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been appropriately integrated to these Rewards Program Terms.

  • If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious activity on your Travolier Account, we reserve our right to deactivate or suspend your Travolier Account. This deactivation or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, the confiscation of any rewards you have gained through the redemption of your Travolier Rewards.

  • If we find that you have used your Travolier Account and/or Travolier Rewards fraudulently or maliciously, you will be prohibited from participating in future programs that Travolier may organize, administer and/or effectuate.

  • We reserve our rights to take any legal action against you if we discover that you have used your Travolier Account and/or Travolier Rewards fraudulently or maliciously or as a sham or part of a sham or using falsified information. You may also be liable for monetary losses to Travolier, including any legal costs and fees.

  • If any provision of these Rewards Programs Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

  • These Rewards Program Terms are governed by LCIA rules of Arbitration and shall be subject to the same dispute resolution treatment as stated in our general Site Terms of Use.

Travolier Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

The Travolier Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Members to earn Hoteliercoin Tokens (“Loyalty Tokens”) toward future hotels/flights/experiences bookings by referring friends to become new users on Travolier.

To participate, Members must agree to these terms, which become part of the Travolier Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Travolier Terms of Service.

How to Earn Referral Loyalty Tokens

Members can earn Loyalty Tokens if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Travolier account that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend completes a Qualifying Reservation (as defined below).

The referring Member will be credited with the Loyalty Tokens amount(s) specified for each type of reservation in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials after the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Reservation. A referral invitation may include offers for up to three types of Qualifying Reservations: a Qualifying Hotel Reservation, a Qualifying Experience Reservation, and/or Qualifying Flight Reservation (collectively, “Qualifying Reservations”). If the referred friend completes a Qualifying Hotel Reservation by booking and completing a hotel stay, the referring Member will receive the Loyalty Token amount specified for the Qualifying Hotel Reservation, if any. If the referred friend completes a Qualifying Experience Reservation by booking and attending an experience, the referring Member will receive the Loyalty Tokens Amount specified for the Qualifying Experience Reservation, if any.

Qualifying Reservations

Qualifying Reservation must have the minimum total value (excluding guest fees or taxes) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials, Travolier website, or Travolier mobile application for that type of reservation. Note that this total value may change based on currency fluctuations. The Qualifying Reservation must be booked and paid for via the Travolier platform, and the referred friend must complete the stay or the experience before the referring Member can receive Loyalty Tokens. A reservation will not be considered a Qualifying Reservation, and therefore no Loyalty Tokens will be earned, if the referring Member is the host or if the reservation is cancelled at any time.

Redeeming Loyalty Tokens

Loyalty Tokens may only be redeemed via the Travolier Platform. Once earned, Loyalty Tokens will appear as Loyalty Tokens on the referring Member’s checkout page, but you may need to enter a code at checkout to redeem the Tokens. Loyalty Tokens must be used within one year from the date they are issued, after which they will expire. Loyalty Tokens are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Loyalty Tokens may not be earned by creating multiple Travolier Accounts. Loyalty Tokens accrued in separate Travolier accounts may not be combined into one Travolier account.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Loyalty Tokens, please contact us. Travolier may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Travolier’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Loyalty Tokens. Where applicable, Travolier may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Loyalty Tokens are redeemed.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

Referred Friends

Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive tokens in the form of a coupon or coupons in the amount(s) indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used on their next Qualifying Reservation on Travolier. Coupon codes that are not automatically applied must be entered during checkout. Coupon codes may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other Travolier referral programs or incentives. Each coupon code may only be used on www. Travolier.com in conjunction with the booking of a single eligible Travolier Hotel or Experience that meets the minimum total value (excluding guest fees or taxes) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials, Travolier website, or Travolier mobile application for that type of reservation.

Coupon codes expire one year from when you sign up for an Travolier account. Offer available while seats last. Travolier reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or reservations, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or Travolier’s Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected. Void where prohibited. If your reservation later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid.

Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Members, only the Member associated with the referral link actually used by the referred friend will receive Loyalty Tokens.

The Program may not be combined with other Travolier referral programs or incentives. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Travolier referral programs, preference will be given to payment via the B2B Program, voiding eligibility from The Program.

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

Travolier may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Loyalty Tokens if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Travolier Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Loyalty Tokens can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Travolier.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.

If available, the local currency equivalent Loyalty Token amount will be calculated using a system-wide rate, known as the base exchange rate, for currency conversion using data from one or more third parties, such as COINGATE. We regularly update the base exchange rate, but it may not be identical to the real-time market rate.
