Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions" or "Agreement") carefully. This Agreement affects your rights - other services provided by Travolier may be subject to separate terms.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between each individual who enrols in any of the Programs ("Member") or otherwise uses any one of the Company Properties. If you are a Member or use any of the Company Properties, You agree that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DISCONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN AND USE OF THE PROGRAM(S) AND TERMINATE YOUR PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP(S) IMMEDIATELY.

You agree to the mandatory individual arbitration and class action/jury trial waiver provisions to resolve any disputes with the Company, except for those matters that may be taken to small-claims court.

The Travolier Reward services operated by GLOBAL HOTELIER PTE. LTD. (with its affiliates, "Travolier"); which enables users to gain loyalty points backed by "GOLD" for booking and purchasing goods and services and use other available services on the website available at www.Travolier.com, and its network of websites, software applications, or any other products or services offered by Travolier (the "Travolier Services","TravolierPAY", "TravoleirSHOP").

Travolier Rewards Points is termed as “TRAVOLIERGOLD” or “TGOLD”. One unit of TravolierGOLD (eGOLD point) is One (mg) of Gold. The price of Gold points is determined at the time of issuing points, and The TGOLD points are given against the portion of the commission received from the affiliate partner. The Cashback value to the Member is converted in eGOLD Points. The value of Gold points may vary as per the trading price of the Gold.


The third-party licensed payment institution secures all users balances and transactions.


The www.Travolier.com ("Site") and the Travolier Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") are managed by Global Hotelier Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). Global Hotelier Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate and change the Rewards Program and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

By accessing and/or using the site and participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Use set out below. Other terms and conditions concerning the site include the general Site Terms of Use, confidentiality, and FAQs, which form an integral part of these Rewards Program Terms of Use ("Rewards Program Terms").

The Travolier Services are not available to persons under the age of 18. The Travolier Services are also not available to any Users previously removed from the Travolier Services by Travolier. Finally, the Travolier Services are not available to any persons barred from receiving them under the laws of Singapore and the European Union (such as its export and re-export restrictions and regulations) or applicable laws in any other jurisdiction.

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Travolier services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence and that you have not been previously removed from or prohibited from receiving the Travolier services.


Please note that we may change, modify, add, and delete these Rewards Program Terms at any time without prior notice, in whole or in part, including any rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, which may or may not affect the value of the Travolier Rewards (as defined below). Each such modification will take immediate effect. These Rewards Program Terms must be read periodically.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on our website and supersedes previous versions. Your continued use of the Company Property following any such notifications constitutes your acceptance of such modifications and your Agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms and Conditions, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Company Properties.

By continuing to use this site and participating in the Rewards Program after such changes to these Rewards Program Terms, visitors, users, or Registered Users ("You" or "User") acknowledge that you agree and consent to the changes. If you use any of our other services, your usage is based on submitting and accepting the terms and conditions applicable to such services.


Subject to this Agreement, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense) to access and use the Company Properties for your personal use to access the Program (s). You agree that you obtain no rights other than the rights and licenses expressly granted in this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to change, upgrade or discontinue the Program, any Company Property, and any feature of the Program or the Company Properties, at any time, with or without notice. Company or its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.


You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to: (i) damage, interfere with or unreasonably overload the Company Properties; (ii) introduce into the Company Properties any code intended to disrupt the Program; (iii) alter or delete any information, data, text, links, images, software, chat, communications and other content available through the Company Properties (collectively, "Content"); (iv) access the Program or the Company Properties by expert system, electronic agent, "bot" or other automated means; (v) use scripts or disguised redirects to derive financial benefit from Company; (vi) modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, copy or otherwise derive the source code of any Company Property for any reason; (vii) rent, sell or sublicense any of the Company Properties; (viii) provide any unauthorized third party with access to the Program; (ix) access or attempt to access confidential content through the Company Properties; (x) interfere with the operation of the Program, including, but not limited to, distribution of unsolicited advertising or mail messages and propagation of computer worms and viruses; (xi) post any material in any form whatsoever on the Company Properties or within the Program that is defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful or violates any third party's right of privacy or publicity; (xii) infringe any third party's patent, copyright, service mark, trademark or other intellectual property right of any kind or misappropriate the trade secrets of any third party in connection with your use of the Program or the Company Properties; (xiii) engage in any activity that does not comply with applicable law and regulations or otherwise engage in any illegal, manipulative or misleading activity through the use of the Program; (xiv) use the manual or automated software, devices or other processes to "scrape," "crawl," "spider" or index any page of Content from the Company Properties.


Cashback (Goldback)is eGOLD Points. We offer the ability for Members to earn Cashback (Goldback)in eGOLD Points (TRAVOLIERGOLD) is referred to as ("Cashback (Goldback)") on their purchases completed through the Company Properties. The Company receives compensation for referring buyers to the retailers, brands, merchants, and other partners participating in this Program ("Affiliate Stores"). The Company gives a portion of this fee to its Members as Cashback (Goldback)in the value in Gold Points.

The compensation received by Company may play a part in whether retailers and products appear on our site, where they are placed, and how we promote them to you. Participation in this Program and the opportunity to earn Cashback (Goldback)are offered at the Company's sole discretion and subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

Online Cashback (Goldback)in eGOLD points. To earn eGOLD Points online, you must register for an Account, be signed in to one of the Company Properties, use the shopping links within the Company Properties, and complete your purchase transaction during the same shopping session you started after clicking on the shopping link. Suppose you visit other sites before completing your purchase or use coupons not provided by Company. In that case, your purchase might be associated with a service other than Company, and you might not earn Cashback (Goldback)on your purchase. Suppose you disable "cookies" on your computer. In that case, you will not be able to earn Cashback (Goldback) because cookies are used to authenticate the user and verify whose Member Account is eligible for the Cashback (Goldback) (Goldback).

In-Store Cashback (Goldback)(Goldback). The Company may also offer you the opportunity to earn eGOLD Points on purchases made in-store ("In-Store Cashback (Goldback)(Goldback)") at specific physical Affiliate Store locations. To be eligible for In-Store Cashback (Goldback)(Goldback), you must link your payment card to an "in-store" offer ("Card Linked Offer") and subsequently use such payment card to complete the purchase transaction in accordance with the terms of the Card Linked Offer. The terms of the In-Store Cashback (Goldback)Terms & Conditions and the terms accompanying each Card Linked Offer will govern how In-Store Cashback (Goldback)is earned and paid to the extent they vary from this Agreement.

Browser Extension. The Company may make available a browser extension to enhance your Cashback (Goldback)shopping experience ("Browser Extension"). Your use of Browser Extension is subject to the Travolier Cashback (Goldback)privacy policy and will govern to the extent they vary from this Agreement.

Periodically, Company may offer gift cards in connection with a promotion or as a redemption option for your Cashback (Goldback) (Goldback). Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer and the applicable Affiliate Store policies. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen payments, including gift cards. Gift cards for sign up bonuses are issued in physical gift cards.

CASHBACK (GOLDBACK) EXCLUSIONS: Cashback (Goldback)is earned on your net purchase amount, excluding taxes, fees, shipping, gift-wrapping, discounts or credits, returns or cancellations and extended warranties. Purchases of gift cards do not qualify for Cashback (Goldback) (Goldback). Cashback (Gold Back) amounts vary by store and product category and may contain exclusions in terms of the offer and the relevant store page. Please review these terms carefully.

STORE POLICIES: A product purchased from any Affiliate Store or any Seller, whether online or in-store, is governed by and subject to the applicable Affiliate Store or Seller policies, including applicable exchange and shipping policies. You agree that we are not agents of any Affiliate Store or Seller and that the Affiliate Stores and Sellers operate independently and are not under our control. Accordingly, your participation in offers or promotions of, or correspondence with, any Affiliate Store or Seller is solely between you and that Affiliate Store or Seller. We do not assume any liability, obligation, or responsibility for any part of such correspondence, offer or promotion, including, without limitation, the withdrawal or modification of any such offer or promotion. Company is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Affiliate Store or Seller, or any Affiliate Store or Seller withdrawal from the Program, or any effect on accrual of Cashback (Goldback)caused by such changes, discontinuance, or withdrawal.

BONUSES AND OTHER REWARDS: Company periodically offers bonuses or rewards for referring new Members to the Program or other specific actions. The terms and conditions accompanying such offers will govern how they are earned and paid if the terms and conditions differ from this Agreement. All bonuses and rewards are subject to review. Company reserves the right to withhold, deny or cancel any bonuses and/or rewards and/or terminate your Account if Company, in its sole discretion, deems any bonuses and/or rewards as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with our Referral Program Terms, this Agreement or any other applicable law or regulation. Company decisions are final.

REDEMPTION & ISSUANCE OF TGOLD AND OTHER REWARDS: Requirements. As a condition of payment of accrued eGOLD points or other rewards, you must

  1. Establish and maintain an Active Account (defined below).
  2. Provide a valid email address that you own and can receive email.
  3. Provide a password to protect your Account; and
  4. Provide proof with your physical address (if and when required).

Additionally, you must not be a resident of a country subject to economic or trade sanctions by the U.S. State Department or U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") or be listed as a "Specially Designated National," a "Specially Designated Global Terrorist," a "Blocked Person" or similar designation under the OFAC sanctions regime. You further agree to provide additional information we may reasonably request to verify your identity as a condition for receiving payment.

CASHBACK (Goldback) PAYMENTS. The Company pays its members accrued Cashback (Goldback) in TGOLD Points in accordance with the current payment schedule. The Company pays members in TGOLD points or other redemptions as Company may make available from time to time. The minimum redemption amount for TGOLD points and other Cashback (Gold Back) Program rewards is USD 10.01. Balances below USD 10.01 remain in your Account for potential payment during the next payment period. Members may select or change their redemption options in the account settings through the Company Properties. Please note that accrual rates vary depending on the Affiliate Store's policies and reporting schedules. For example, Cashback (Goldback) for travel-related purchases typically does not accrue until after travel has been completed. The Company reserves the right to delay payment for any purchase based on changes to Affiliate Store policies at any time. The Company also reserves the right to modify the payment schedule at any time.

The Company is not responsible for payments delivered to the wrong address with no fault of the Company or for payment errors made by payment partners, like pre-paid card providers and /or Affiliate Partner. The payment amount will be returned to your Account - in TGOLD, where it may be subject to inactive account maintenance charges unless you take the proper steps to restore your Account to Active status.

The final amount of TravolierGOLD issued will depend on the gold market price on the date of purchasing physical Gold by Travolier on the Member's behalf. The spot price of the TravolierGOLD will be taken at the time of the Gold purchase, plus handling fees of 5% will be charged as surcharged. The handling fees percentage is subject to change without prior notice as this depends on the procurement of GOLD. The number of Gold points issued to the Member will be on the date of purchase of Gold after receiving funds from the affiliate partner.

REDEEMING TRAVOLIERGOLD: TGOLD Points are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for Cash. TravolierGOLD Points may only be redeemed via the Travolier Platform. Once earned, Loyalty Points will appear as TGOLD Points on the referring Member's checkout page, but you may need to enter a code at checkout to redeem the Points.

TGOLD Points may not be earned by creating multiple Travolier Accounts. TGOLD Points accrued in separate Travolier accounts may not be combined into one Travolier account.

If, for any reason, you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of TGOLD Points, please get in touch with Customer Support ([email protected]). All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Travolier's sole discretion. Travolier may require you to submit additional information to calculate your credit. The value of TGOLD Points will be the current price of GOLD (at the time of redemption). The price of Gold is updated daily. If you believe that you did not receive the correct amount of Rewards for a booking, you must contact our Customer Service within 90 (ninety) days as of the date when you have completed your travel. We will make the final determination as to whether Rewards adjustments of any kind are justified in question. You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of TGOLD Points. Where applicable, Travolier may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the TGOLDPoints are redeemed.

DONATIONS. The Company may offer you the opportunity to donate a portion or all your Cashback (Goldback)earnings to a charity. Travolier neither charges fees for this service nor takes any percentage of the Cashback (Goldback)earnings donated. Contributions made through Travolier are not tax-deductible. ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS. We may deduct Cashback (Goldback) from your Account to adjust for returns and cancellations concerning Cashback (Goldback) Program purchases at our sole discretion. Any such adjustments will be made in accordance with this Agreement, any applicable Company policies and terms, the terms of the Affiliate Store offer and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The determination of whether a purchase made through an Affiliate Store qualifies for Cashback (Goldback)is at the Company's sole discretion. Suppose an Affiliate Store fails to report a transaction to Company or fails to make payment to Company for any reason. In that case, Company reserves the right to cancel the Cashback (Goldback)associated with that transaction. It is your responsibility to check your Account regularly to ensure that Cashback (Goldback)has been properly credited and paid and that your Account balance is accurate. If you believe that eGOLD points have not been correctly credited to your Account, you must contact Company Member Services within ninety (90) days of the transaction. In addition, the Company may make account adjustments for any Cashback (Goldback)that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with the Referral Program Terms of this Agreement or any other applicable law or regulation. Company decisions are final. Should you disagree with any adjustments made to your Account or payments made to you, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the Program.

TAXES You may be taxed on your receipt of bonuses and other considerations (merchandise, travel, etc.) for member referrals or other promotional activities depending on the tax laws of federal, state, and local jurisdictions. You will be solely responsible for all tax liability arising out of the consideration received in connection with any member referrals or promotional activities.


ACCOUNTS UPDATE. You agree to keep your Account information current, complete and accurate by periodically updating the information through the Company Properties. You must be logged in to Company and enter your password to change your Account information and payment preferences. You may check your account status and recent purchase and/or earning history at any time via the Company Properties. You will maintain your account information confidentiality, including the username and password by which you access the Program. Any use of your username and password will be deemed to be your use, and Company is entitled to act on instructions received under your password and is not responsible for any credits or debits made to your Account by someone else who uses your password. If there is a security breach through your Account, you will immediately change your password and notify us of such breach. You agree that, unless you have first notified us immediately of any such violation, we should assume that any instruction transmitted using your username and password is yours and has been authorized by you, and we will have no obligation to inquire into the propriety of such instruction.

ACCOUNT ACTIVITY. An Active Account means you must have engaged in one of the following activities within the past twelve (12) months:

(i) Updated your Account information, (ii) have shopped or started a shopping trip via the Company Properties, (iii) linked a payment card to an in-store offer, (iv) have accrued Cashback (Goldback)or (v) have logged in to your Account.

(ii) Suppose your Account remains inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months and the balance in your inactive Account is or becomes zero. In that case, the Company reserves the right to close the Account permanently and cease maintaining your account records and Program access. Additional 6-12 months extensions can be granted during force majeure situations – can be given on a case-to-case basis.

  1. Except where prohibited by applicable law, if you have not engaged in one of the activities in subsections for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, Company reserves the right to debit your Account balance TWO dollars ($2.00) per month ("Maintenance Fee") to recover the cost of account maintenance in its ordinary course of business until you reactivate your Account by engaging in one of the activities set forth above in subsections (i)-(ii) or until your account balance is zero. Maintenance Fees are non-refundable but will not cause your account balance to become negative and not cause you to owe money to the Company. Owe amount can be deducted against the Points Holding in the Member's Account. The remaining Points will be forfeited for the Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. We reserve the right to investigate any purchase transactions, referral activity, or interaction with any Company Property that we believe, in our sole discretion, is abusing or has abused the Program. The company reserve the right to rescind any Cashback (Goldback), further bar Cashback (Goldback) awards and/or bonuses, and/or terminate any Member Account that we believe, in our sole discretion, is abusing or has abused the Program, including, without limitation, by engaging in a pattern of returning products after the corresponding Cashback (Goldback)has been credited or making fraudulent referrals by creating multiple Accounts. Multiple Accounts created under the Refer-A-Friend Program with the same name, address, email address or other identifying feature may be flagged as fraudulent referrals. Any failure to comply with this Agreement, any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual or receipt of Cashback (Goldback)or other rewards and bonuses, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Company by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in the termination of your Account and forfeiture of any accrued Cashback (Goldback) rewards. If Company has any reason to suspect fraudulent activity is associated with your Account, Company reserves the right to delay or withhold payment of Cashback (Goldback)(Goldback). Any suspected or actual cases of fraud activity will be escalated and reviewed in accordance with our fraud process. Company decisions are final.

RECEIVING COMMUNICATIONS: By signing up to be a Member, you agree to receive communications and notices by electronic mail. Our communications may be Account- and membership-related (e.g., that we've added money to your Account, that a purchase has been made, that we are mailing you a check on a certain date, etc.) as well as periodic shopping-related emails that highlight coupons and special deals available to Company Members. We may communicate with you regarding the Program by electronic mail or direct mail using the information you provide to us. Your consent to receive electronic communications includes any notices or other information that we may be required by law to provide you in writing or otherwise. You agree to keep us apprised of your current email address should the same change after the date you become a Member. We may also send you to push notifications if you install the mobile application. If you elect to provide us with a mobile number, we may contact you when you make account updates or for account recovery purposes. You may receive recurring messages from us during those account changes. Standard message rates apply, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt-out of receiving certain communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


The Company may make available software applications ("Company Applications") to allow you to access our Programs without visiting www.travolier.com. For purposes of this Agreement, references to Company Properties shall include Company Applications. Company Applications and their underlying information and technology may not be exported or re-exported into any country in UN suction list.

The U.S. has embargoed goods or anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list and that you will otherwise comply with all applicable export control laws. If you are a U.S. government end-user, we are licensing the Company Application to you as a "Commercial Item" as that term is defined in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (see 48 CFR § 2.101), and the rights we grant you to the Company Applications are the same as the rights we grant to all others under this Agreement.

List of the countries under sanction which is blocked by the platform: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Crimea, Sevastopol, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Zimbabwe, Nicaragua, Mali, Libya, Lebanon, Iraq, Central African Republic, Congo, Burundi, South Sudan, Kosovo, Artsakh, Northern Cyprus, Abkhazia, Transnistria, the Sahrawi Republic. Conducting any transactions with citizens of the above countries is prohibited.



Social Sign-On. When you access or use the Company Properties, we may make available services from one or more third parties ("Third-Party Platforms"). The Company Properties support Third-Party Platforms, including Facebook, Google, and Travolier ID, to make it easier to sign in or create your Account. Any use of Third-Party Platforms to create and access your Account is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third parties ("Third-Party Terms"). Your Travolier ID is subject to the Travolier Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.

Inbox Connections. Suppose you create your Program Account or sign in to your Program Account with your Google email account credentials. In that case, your Google email account will automatically be linked to your Program Account. We may also offer you the ability to link your email account from other service providers to your Program Account via your Program Account settings. You may disconnect your linked email accounts at any time by updating the Settings in your Program Account settings or by removing the authorization through the settings of your email account. A connection between your email account and your Program Account is not required for you to be a Member. Connecting your email account will permit us to access your email account content ("Email Content"). The Company will not delete or modify your email content. We may use your Email Content to confirm your Cashback (Goldback) faster and more reliably and personalize your experience with the Program. You may be invited to provide us feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, ratings, reviews, and other information about our Programs ("Feedback") through the Company Properties, by our member services or through one of our service providers, like Trustpilot. You hereby grant to Company and its affiliates and agents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display the feedback in any media and for any legal purpose, including, without limitation, the right to use such feedback in advertising and promotional materials and to enhance or improve our products and services and the products and services of its affiliates.


By participating in the Program, you are becoming a Member of a community that depends on each of our Members' goodwill and responsible behaviour. Members are required to refrain from transmission or communication of images or text constituting ethnic slurs, obscenities, sexually explicit material, inflammatory or derogatory comments, or anything else that may be construed as harassing or offensive, which is targeted at the Program, the Company Properties, our employees, contractors or agents, our Affiliate Stores or Sellers, or other Members. This includes communications by means of social media or other Internet posts that violate the above community standards or promote or encourage gaming or fraudulent behaviour. As determined by us in our sole discretion, members who violate this provision may have their access to the Program suspended or terminated without prior notice.


All right, titles and interests in the Program, the Company Properties and the Content belong to Company or its licensors. Additionally, Company shall maintain all rights, title, and interest in the "Travolier" mark, the "TravolierGOLD" mark, the Travolier logo, the TravolierGOLD logo and any other marks, service marks, trademarks or logos of Company and its affiliates ("Company Marks"). The Company Marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Company's or in any manner that is likely to confuse customers or in any way that disparages or discredits Company. You shall not by any means bid on any keywords with any search engine containing "Travolier," "TravolierGOLD" or anything substantially similar to "Travolier," "TravolierGOLD," "TravolierSHOP", TravolierPAY Or any other Company Mark including, without limitation, Travolier.com and different sub-domains of Travolier. You shall not mention or use Company in any ad text, extensions, or banner ads without Company's express written consent. All other trademarks not owned by Company that are used in the Programs are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by the Company.


You agree to indemnify Company, our Affiliate Stores, our Sellers, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, successors, agents, and affiliates, for all claims, damages, losses and causes of action (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement or for any materials in any form whatsoever that you provide (or through your username and/or password). You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in our defence and/or settlement of any claim. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control over the defence and payment of any matter subject to indemnification by you at our reasonable discretion.


The Program, content and the company properties are provided "as-is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, completeness, completeness, reliability or validity of the programs, content, or the company properties, including, without limitation, any product search results, product descriptions, product availability, pricing information advice, opinion, statement, recommendations, reviews, or other information

Displayed, uploaded, or distributed in connection with any program. The Company this does not warrant that the functionality of the company properties will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that they will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Further, the Company does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality or accuracy of advertisements for any products or services offered or provided by its affiliate stores or sellers in conjunction with the programs.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, statutory, exemplary, punitive, or other indirect damages or any loss profits, loss data or loss of use damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that the Company's maximum aggregate liability arising out of this Agreement will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the maximum Cashback (Goldback)amount you received in the last four years from the date of acceptance of these terms, whichever is greater. This limitation shall apply to all liabilities or causes of action however alleged or arising, including, but not limited to, negligence, breach of contract, or any there claim whether in tort, contract, or equity.


This Agreement is effective when accepted by you and will remain in effect until you or we terminate your membership in the Program. We may terminate this Agreement and your use of or access to the Program at any time, for any reason or no reason. Any violation of this Agreement or the rules and conditions of the Program may result in the termination of your Account and forfeiture of pending or prior Cashback (Goldback)and other rewards. In our sole discretion, we may at any time and without prior notice discontinue, cancel, suspend, change, or limit access to all or any part of the Program or any functionality, feature, or other components of any Company Property. You agree that the Company will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program or your access to any Company Properties. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Program, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease participating in the Program. Upon any program termination, your right to use and access the Program, the Company Properties, and receive Cashback (Goldback) (Goldback), and other rewards will terminate. Termination will not prejudice either you or our remedies at law or in equity.

Travolier may suspend or terminate the Program or a user's ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Loyalty Points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Travolier Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Loyalty Points can change at any time. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.


To become a Member, you must be at least 18 years old and provide your email address and password for Company to create your Program account ("Account"). Your Account will be tied to a Travolier ID, which allows you to access certain websites and services of other Travolier group companies using the same account credentials.

Each person is limited to one Account. To redeem certain offers and promotions offered by our other Programs, you may elect to provide us with additional information. Information that you submit through one of our Programs may be saved and available for your use in our other Programs, including, without limitation, any saved payment card information. All information collected from you shall be subject to our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.


Program is only eligible for the Travolier logged in user, whereby you have an account ("Travolier Account") and are logged in on our site from the moment you search for your itinerary items until you have completed the necessary payments. You must have an active Travolier Account before making any booking to enable you to obtain the Rewards ("Travolier Rewards").

Travolier Rewards will only be awarded for:

  • Bookings/purchases made on our site or app when you are logged in to your Travolier Account.
  • Users who are logged in at the time the booking is made and paid; The TravolierGOLD points you have earned in your specific Travolier Wallet cannot be transferred and is not combinable with other User profiles or Travolier Accounts.

Travolier has the right to monitor your Travolier Account. Suppose we detect any fraudulent activity, signs of abuse, or other suspicious activities in your Travolier Account. In that case, we reserve the right to deactivate or suspend your Travolier Account without prior notice or consent from you.


Your TravolierGOLD points / Travolier Rewards are yours only and are specific for use under your Travolier Account. You may not assign, sell, transfer, pledge, and/or encumber your Travolier Rewards for any reason.

Travolier will be able to augment, deduct, amend, and/or cancel your TravolierGOLD Points in your Travolier Account without prior notice or approval from you.

Your TravolierGOLD Points will be calculated as a percentage of the payment charged to you when you have made a flight, hotel, or flight + hotel reservation, Travel services or retail purchase on our site, which qualifies for the award of Travolier Rewards. The basis for this calculation will be the total amount that you have actually paid and shall not include amounts that have been deducted when using, among others, promotions, point redemptions and unique codes.


  • Payment done on Instalment fees (if any).
  • Room upgrades at Hotels.
  • Purchase additional room nights through our call centre or directly through hotel providers.
  • Flight upgrades and purchase of add-on items, including but not limited to luggage, travel insurance, food through airline website or our call centre.
  • Any reservations/Purchases you make on Travolier.com will be rewarded with TGOLD points as Cashback.
  • Any reservations you make before the introduction of the Program
    • Your Travolier Rewards will be awarded to you, activated, and augmented into your Travolier Account after you have completed your travel. For the avoidance of doubt, the completion of travel shall mean;
    • For bookings of one-way flights, the departure date of your originating flight, bookings of round-trip flights, the departure date of your return flight, and/or hotel bookings, your checkout date.
    • You may only use activated TravolierGOLD Points for redemption. Travolier Rewards Points that have not been activated or are still pending cannot be redeemed.
    • Changes or cancellations of booked itineraries may differ between the estimated amount of pending Travolier Rewards that you may earn and the actual amount of active TGOLD Points credited to your Travolier Account.
    • TravolierGOLD Points earned from a Pay at Hotel booking will be cancelled when you cancel your booking, shorten your stay, or fail to show up during your stay period.
    • Should the Travolier Member's Account be wrongly credited with TravolierGOLD points, the Company hold the right to adjust/modify/or debit the TravolierGOLD points the following month accounting. The Member should notify the Company in good faith.


You may redeem your TravolierGOLD Points when purchasing flights, hotel rooms or flight + hotel or other Travel products on the Travolier website at TravolierSHOP.

You must meet the following redemption criteria to be able to redeem your TravolierGOLD Points:

  • The total point should be higher than or equal to the minimum redemption criteria.
  • Travolier Reward has a minimum of USD 10.01 of TravolierGOLD Points requirement for redemption.
  • We reserve our right to change the conversion rate, earning rate or redemption value of your Travolier Rewards from time to time without further notice or consent from you.


Travolier is a product & services aggregator in an Affiliate platform, and all purchases are as per the terms and conditions as per the partners, not limited to travel & hotels partners. Travolier cannot be held accountable for partners terms and conditions. Please check Partner's terms and conditions before making a purchase. Travolier only shares portions of its referral fees with the Member, which was received from the partners.

Your TravolierGOLD Points are subject to our Reschedule, Refund policy in our general site Terms of Use and these Rewards Program Terms.

If and when you cancel or change your travel itinerary, YOUR REDEEMED TRAVOLIERGOLD POINTS CANNOT BE RETURNED to you. We will not return your redeemed TravolierGOLD Points to you regardless of the outcome of your refund request.

If you only submit a refund for part of the bookings you have made on our site, your TravolierGOLD Points will be deducted only for the bookings you have requested a refund. The remaining TGOLD Points will be subject to our activation schedule.

Your TGOLD Points will not be changed once you submit the flight reschedule request regardless of the total price of the new booking. Your TGOLD Points active date will be based on your initial departure date (one-way trip) or your return flight's departure date (round trip).

Your TGOLD Points will be changed following the new total price of your rescheduled hotel booking. Your new Rewards' active date will also be based on your new booking's checkout date.

The TGOLD Points can be returned only when our travel partner refunds the amount. TGOLD Points will be reimbursed at the latest Gold price plus 5% handling fees of Gold, and any other transaction cost generated from the refund will be deducted.

It is the responsibility of all Travolier Members to ensure they have ENTERED THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS. If Our email has been sent to Your Junk or Bulk mail folder, You can prevent this from happening again by opening Our email and clicking on the 'not spam or 'this is not spam button.

Suppose any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable. In that case, such provision (or the part of it making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Customers earn up to 4% per annum interest on staking loyalty points (eGOLD). Interest percentage will vary as per the period of staking. Staking eGOLD points is not automatic; a minimum of 10 grams (10,000 milligrams) of GOLD can be a stake from 3, 6, 9 and 12-month periods. A third-party service provider holds this service. The Company have the right to amend, modify and terminate service.


We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Travolier.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. After any change, continued participation in the Program shall constitute consent to such amendment.

If available, the local currency equivalent Loyalty Points amount will be calculated using a system-wide rate, known as the base exchange rate, for currency conversion using data from one or more third parties, which are recognized financial institutions. We regularly update the base exchange rate, but it may not be identical to the real-time market rate.


Headings under this Agreement are intended only for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.


Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on one occasion will not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or such provision on any other occasion. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, except as otherwise stated.


The Company has the right to transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of these Terms and Conditions without Your consent. You may not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, and any such assignment without such consent will be null and void.


Your Travolier Account and your Travolier Rewards Points are subject to our Terms and conditions and the Rewards Program Terms. The terms set out in our general site, Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been appropriately integrated into these Rewards Program Terms.

If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious activity on your Travolier Account, we reserve our right to deactivate or suspend your Travolier Account. This deactivation or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, the confiscation of any rewards you have gained through the redemption of your Travolier Rewards Points.

Suppose we find that you have used your Travolier Account and/or Travolier Rewards fraudulently or maliciously. In that case, you will be prohibited from participating in future programs that Travolier may organize, administer and/or effectuate.

We reserve our rights to take any legal action against you if we discover that you have used your Travolier Account and/or Travolier Rewards fraudulently or maliciously or as a sham or part of a sham or using falsified information. You may also be liable for monetary losses to Travolier, including any legal costs and fees.

Suppose any provision of these Rewards Programs Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

The entire Agreement may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and Company and govern your use of the Products or Company Properties, superseding any prior agreements between you and Company with respect to the Products or Company Properties (including, without limitation, earlier versions of this Agreement that you may have accepted). Any representations, statements, or agreements made or entered into elsewhere, whether directly or indirectly, written, or oral or in advertising, are not binding toward Company unless expressly confirmed in writing by Company to you.
